What is free?
The initial drive and destination assessment is free. Removing DiskResQ Windows write protection is also free, including protection left by older versions. Neither action requires buying a recovery job.
What does one purchase cover?
The planned €9.99 price covers creating one local image from one source and saving recoverable files from that image. The price does not depend on source capacity or the number of bytes you export. There is no subscription.
Does Resume cost extra?
No. Resume continues the same job using its existing purchase. Keep the complete job folder and use the same Windows user. Photos, videos and documents can be saved in separate batches and folders without another payment.
When is another purchase required?
A different source or a new recovery image job requires a new purchase. One job purchase does not unlock all future drives. The purchase is linked to that job, its source identity and the verified image.
Does payment guarantee recovery?
No. The fee covers a recovery attempt. The free assessment cannot guarantee a complete image or usable files. Review the drive condition and requirements before proceeding.
Can I buy it now?
Public sales are not open yet. Payment and refund terms will be published before purchases become available. The price above is the planned commercial price; private sandbox payments do not charge real money.
